FOUNDER

Earnest Tamang has devoted his life to fostering volunteerism and community development. His mission is to enhance lives through compassionate service and impactful initiatives. Marked by resilience, his journey reflects a steadfast commitment to positive change.

Born in Bhutan, Earnest spent 20 years in a refugee camp in Nepal, facing displacement and financial hardship. Relocating to the U.S. in 2011, he thrived academically, earning a Bachelor of Science with a focus on executive leadership from Pennsylvania State University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration.

Beyond his professional ambitions, Earnest is passionate about helping others. As co-founder of the Earnest and Kristina Outreach Foundation, he serves underprivileged students, pastors, churches, and refugees. His vision, rooted in compassion and community-driven education, fuels his leadership.

Through his work with the Outreach Foundation, Earnest empowers and uplifts communities, creating a more inclusive and supportive environment. His dedication to leadership and service continues to inspire and transform lives.

DIRECTOR

Kristina Gurung is a dedicated healthcare professional with empathy who works hard to improve the quality of life in her community. She was a founding member of Asha Ko Kiran Homecare and is Earnest Tamangs spouse. Her contribution to the formation of the organizations goals and objectives has been significant.

She gained her medical assistant license and has experience in the medical field. Inspired by the immense benefits that compassionate care can bestow upon individuals Kristina decided to support Earnests vision and goals for Asha Ko Kiran Homecare. Her expertise and dedication have significantly increased the organizations ability to help those in need.

Kristina is committed to providing excellent in-home care services because she genuinely feels that everyone should have access to knowledgeable and caring healthcare. In addition to working at Asha Ko Kiran Homecare Kristina is an enthusiastic supporter of the Earnest and Kristina Outreach Foundation.

Together they work tirelessly to support pastors churches refugees and financially struggling students. She has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others through her leadership in the healthcare industry and her dedication to service.

Through her contributions to the healthcare industry and her community Kristina has demonstrated her dedication to making the world a more compassionate and upbeat place for everyone.

Shristina Tamang is an enthusiastic and devoted community worker who is committed to making a good influence through her work with the Philadelphia Ray of Hope Church. A graduate of Horace Furness High School Shristina has always been driven by a deep sense of altruism and a wish to give back to her community. Her dedication to service is evident in the honesty and accuracy with which she manages financial responsibilities in her role as Assistant Treasurer at ROHI Philadelphia Church.

Shristina is committed to helping those in need and is actively involved in several community outreach programs. She is more involved in the church than just with administration. Because of her kind nature and unwavering commitment to her faith Shritiana is a respected member of both the church and the greater community.

Her involvement with the Ray of Hope Church serves as evidence of her belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of creating a supportive and caring community. Through her deeds and dedication to the community Shristina inspires others and fosters kindness and optimism in others.
